The Restaurant Salle du Chapitre

Under the cross vaults

The magnificent restaurant is under the cross vaults in the Salle Capitulaire.

From the end of May, when the summer season starts, customers are served in the Cloister.
Sylviane Rastello is our chef, and she proposes traditional and inventive cuisine with Provencal colours and flavours.

What could we tempt you with?

Cream of avocado soup with Espelette pepper, sautéed jumbo shrimp with coriander bread and a fried scallop, artichoke purée, seized cherry tomatoes and lobster soup.

And to round it all off?

A chocolate delight! White chocolate mousse, milk chocolate crème brûlée, dark chocolate profiteroles.
