The “Les Collets Rouges” restaurant is located in the former refectories, overlooking the splendid Cour des Rouges. The menu is made up of creative dishes using local products.
In the summer, we invite our guests to dine on the patio, in the shade of three-hundred-year-old sycamore trees.
Here is an example of some of our dishes:
3-magret bruschetta, shavings of fresh foie gras with walnut oil; fillet of sea bass cooked in its skin, stuffed vegetables and seafood marinade; Rocamadour cheese cooked in foil with herbs; gratin of red fruits in orange butter and bourbon vanilla cream.
In the winter (November to March), the restaurant may sometimes be closed, depending on business, with the exception of receptions, seminars or other events for which booking is required.
